How It Works

  • No-show: failing to appear within the agreed time.
  • Attendees are only charged for no-shows.
  • Show/No-Show status is verified with our SNAP technology.

Step 1

Planner invites attendees and determines the appointment details including deposit amount.

Step 3

Accepted attendees have up to 24hrs before the appointment to cancel the agreement.

Step 2

Invited attendees choose to either accept, modify, or deny the appointment.

Step 4

On appointment date, attendees can click "I've arrived" to trigger ShowNoShow's SNAP technology

How It Works

Perfect! The planner pays a small setup fee (less than $1 for 1:1 appointments)

Parties no-show?

The other party(s) receives collateral monies & pays all setup fees with profits

We aim to charge $1 per appointment, with discounted rates available for appointment packages. For more details, contact our sales team.

No, ShowNoShow only holds payment authorization as collateral to ensure both parties show up and are on time.  We do NOT hold actual money.  ​ 

Attendees can cancel up to 24 hours before the appointment. For same-day cancellations, the no-show fee may be waived if the appointment planner agrees.
