This privacy notice covers the collection and use of information for this website (“website" or “this website”) related to user (“you” or “your”) engagement. This website is managed and operated by ShowNoShow, LLC (“ShowNoShow LLC”, “ShowNoShow”, “us,” or “we”).

What Information We Collect and How We Use It

We collect personally identifiable information that you choose to provide to us when you complete an online form, accept an appointment, sign up for email newsletters, enter a sweepstakes or contest, participate in surveys, or otherwise submit information using our website’s services. During the registration process, we may request certain contact information and demographic information about you including but not limited to your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.

SMS Program Terms

If you choose to receive SMS text messages from ShowNoShow LLC (including but not limited to appointment invitations, confirmations, reminders, updates), you provide explicit consent via a checked checkbox on our website/app. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help.

When We May Disclose Your Information to Others

ShowNoShow LLC may use and disclose your contact information for any of the following reasons:

  • To provide you with information about products or services.

  • To provide you with e-newsletters and/or SMS alerts that you have opted into

  • To send you notices for subscription renewal.

  • To contact you regarding marketing endeavors (only if you’ve opted in)

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information (including phone numbers, consent data, and message content) with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with any third parties except to enable our service providers to deliver the Service (including but not limited to customer service, messaging, hosting, security) under contracts that limit their use to our instructions.

If you do not wish to receive marketing information from ShowNoShow LLC, or if you wish to opt out of future email promotions from ShowNoShow LLC, please use the unsubscribe link provided in promotional emails. To opt out of SMS promotional messages, reply “STOP” to any message to unsubscribe. All promotional email messages you receive from ShowNoShow LLC will include an option to opt out of future email communications.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this privacy notice, we may disclose personally identifiable information to any third party when disclosure is required by law, or if such disclosure is desirable to permit us to exercise or preserve our legal rights or take action regarding potentially illegal activities or to protect the safety of any person. In the event we are acquired by or merged with a third party entity or in the event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, we reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the information we have collected as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control.

Location & Geolocation

If you enable location services or provide consent in the App/RSVP page, we will collect precise geolocation from your device during a limited “attendance verification window” solely to adjudicate appointment arrival, to handle disputes, and to prevent fraud and/or abuse. We do not use precise

location for advertising or unrelated profiling. You may withdraw consent or disable location at any time in device settings (though you are hereby given notice that doing so may prevent attendance verification and may result in a no-show determination under our Terms depending on your appointment contract).

Cookies, Web Beacons, and Log Files

We may automatically collect non-personally identifiable information and data through the use of “cookies” or other technology. Cookies are small text files a website uses to recognize repeat users, facilitate the user’s ongoing access to the website, and facilitate the use of the website. Cookies and other technologies also allow a website to track usage behavior and compile website usage information that will allow for the improvement of content and target advertising.

We also use third-party advertising companies, including but not limited to Google, who may use cookies, web beacons, or other technologies to collect information from our website. We may store the personal details we hold about you for as long as needed, which may be indefinitely.

Wherever we hold the data, we will apply the terms of this privacy notice and any applicable data protection law. However, the storage and communication of personal data cannot always be completely secure. Additionally, we cannot and do not guarantee that any data transferred to third parties in accordance with this privacy notice will be protected against any intentional or accidental misuse or loss.

We collect only the data necessary for the purposes described. Where feasible, we store derived results (e.g., “arrived within geofence: yes/no”) rather than raw coordinates. We retain personal data, including location and messaging logs, only as long as needed for service delivery, dispute resolution, security/fraud prevention, and legal/compliance needs. When the retention of personal data is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify the personal data per this Policy.
